Instructions
- Wash and dry all vegetables.
- Chop the cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
- Combine greens, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and olives in a bowl.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently and serve.
